Microsoft Support is VERY un-helpful. It seems they do not know anything
about their own products. Can someone please help me with the Outlook 2007?
It will NOT open, I have clicked on it, attempted to open it up from the
programs menu. It does nothing but show the VISTA 0 and then it dies. HELP!
PLEASE!! Thanks, Dorothea

did you try to start outlook in safe mode?
This can be done in the command line start , run, outlook /safe
Normally this should start outlook in safe mode

Or try running Outlook as admin. I know they sometimes try to update
some files that they don't have permission to modify.

If you are pulling your hair out still... just uninstall Office 2007 and
reinstall it, be sure to NOT add Business Contact Manager, it is probably
your problem. :-)
The tech folks get nice, after about 15 hours. :-)

yes. I have exactly the same problem. It seemed to start when I installed
Business Contact Manager. I am now removing it.
