Hello all,
After browsing the posts, I don't feel quite as bad since we all seem to be
miserable.  I was fairly happy with BCM2003, but it wasn't automatically
linking my emails, so I did a clean install, including Outlook.  Now it says
BCM2003 is loaded correctly, but there is no interface in Outlook (Business
Tools button, Business Contacts, etcetera)!!!!  When I navigate to BCM2003
from the start menu, I don't have the option to enable it (the option isn't
greyed out, it just isn't there at all).  Any ideas?  Repeated installs yield
the same results.
And no Annie, I'm not going to uninstall.  It worked pretty well for me in
the past, i'll give it another shot.

Hi Thomas

You have to activate the BCM as Addon. See the installed Addon in Outlook.

Greetings
Urs
