I have Contacts and Distribution Lists that I want to access when forwarding
incoming messages.  I have not been able to find the way to keep the
Addressbook in Mail synchronized with my Contacts.

Since the address book shows the data in your contacts folders, there really
isn't any synchronization to take place. If you're not seeing what you think
ought to be there, describe your symptoms in detail, including the Outlook
version.
