I am running Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager on XP Pro.  I use
tasks with reminders to schedule calls.  I am having an inconsistent problem.
When I open a contact, and double click on the task in the History, the task
opens as a journal entry, and not a task.  I can open the same task from the
task list, and it opens as a task.  And it, of course, does not happen with
every contact.    Any information would be appreciated. Thanks

But does it happen for the same task?--depending on from where you
open it (contact history vs task list), it opens with a different form?
