Hello MS.

realy realy realy, need these features if I should stay with BCM. I know
that me needing them does not cut the case with MS, but I'm not alone. I
truely belive that these to missing features are a major reason for people to
abandon BCM.

1. Please make it possible to design an Office template (e.i Word) with
merging fields for BCM, so it is possible for me from a contact persons card
to create a document that will automaticly take the contact information an
merge into the document.

2. Please make a jornalisation of the document, like e-mails, so I can find
my document later under my contact or project or whatever.

I would like to hear from you. If you could tell me that there features are
included in an upcomming release then I would try to stretch my patience.

Best regards,

Feature #1 is there. I've done it, but it does take a substantial
amount of know-how about Word, BCM, and other bits and pieces. What
BCM could do is ship with some sample BCM-linked Word documents. Then
users could get started by making modifications to the example docs,
instead of having to work through Office's developer documentation.

#2 You can add documents to the history, although again, BCM could
make it easier, by supporting drag and drop.
