A couple of days ago we were cleaning up Outlook to make it run faster.
Pushed some unknown button and BCM disappeared from the upper left window of
Outlook.
How to get it back? Luther answered a similar question from Dana a couple of
days ago. I found the data file where he said it would be. But what next? How
do I get it back into that upper left window?
Can't open the BCM Data file because "Windows doesn't know which program
created it....."

When BCM isn't in Outlook, the likely reason is that Outlook disabled
the BCM add-in.
In the Windows Registry check:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins
\Microsoft.BusinessSolutions.eCRM.OutlookAddin.Connect.3
The value of LoadBehavior should be 3 for Outlook to load it.
If it is not 3, change it to 3 and restart Outlook.

Thanks, Luther appreciate you taking the time.
Where do I find the Windows Registry?

Run regedit, or read about it in Windows Help.
