As Murphy's Law would have it my Microsoft Office 2007 Small Business Edition
support period in just over my 90 days. This morning I logged on to my
Outlook and noticed that the Business Contact Manager was missing from my
toolbar. I tried opening it from the left side bar and received the following
message. "Business Contact Manager for Outlook could no complete your last
action. Please Try Again". I have searched the Internet and noted that there
are a lot more customer than I that are having the same issue. Hoping I would
be able to find someone from Microsoft or partner who could provide a
solution. I just tried the Repair with my dsks and still the same issue. SQL
Servers are new to me so I need to crawl, walk and then run with this
problem.

I believe that BCM should indicate that license has expired, but it's
possible that you've found a code path that causes BCM to update the
database as soon as it connects, but can't because the license has
expired and BCM connections to the db are now in read-only mode.

The "could no complete your last action" is BCM's default error
message, when it doesn't have anything more specific to report.
