How to reinstall BCM in Outlook 2003

Hi There,

I did something a bit stupid some months ago. I removed BCM totally, from
the control panel.

I am trying now to re-install it, but without luck... I click on "Enable
BCM", but nothing happens.

I put in the CD with the Outlook update, but I have just to options: Remove
or Reinstall Outlook. I am too scared of loosing my data with these options.

What else I can do?
