This problem occured after I installed Microsoft Business Contact
Manager for Office 2003. This problem was not occurring prior to that.
I even updated the BCM software to SP1, updated my video drivers and
still have this problem.

If the SQLAgent for BCM starts automatically it will eventually cause
the system to restart on its won. If I manually start SQLAgent it will
eventually cause the system to restart. If I don't start SQLAgent at
all, the system won't restart and I have no problems BUT I can't use
BCM either.

How can I get this resolved because it is killing my productivity and
business because it has been happening for about a week.

I think there's something wrong with your MSDE installation. It sounds
like SQLAgent is scheduled to run a job that reboots your PC. I'd rec'd
scanning your PC for viruses.
I don't think BCM uses SQLAgent. My BCM works fine with it turned off.
