How do I set up a subfolder in business contact manager?

Receiving permission problems when trying to set up a subfolder.  Plus,
there's no permissions tab to change myself to the owner, or to give myself
permission.

Way too complicated.  The default should be set to permit the change.  Let
the more restrictive companies change from the default.

BCM does not support subfolders.
