BCM does not support customizing forms.
If you figure out how to do so, the key to sharing the customizations
is that they are stored on the machine in a file managed by Outlook,
and for a second machine to use that customization it needs to have
the same customization file where Outlook can find it.

Hi Luther,
The 'customize forms' option I am talking of is the one listed under the
Business Contact Manager toolbar menu giving the ability to add user defined
fields to Accounts/Contacts/Projects & Opportunities.
They had this previously and now it is not possible. I believe it may be
related to user permissions to the database following the move. When I am
next over at the site I will look into that.
Thanks for your reply,
Mick

BCM's field customization is shared via the database, so all shared
users of the database will see the same custom fields. Only the owner
of a database (the user that created it) can add or remove custom
fields.
