"Error" sending e-mail

I use Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager, although I am not actively
using the "BCM" component. I have two mail profiles - personal &
non-personal.  I also use Norton Internet Security/AntiVirus 2004.

Since I ran the latest Live Update for my Norton products, I get the
following message whenever I send mail:

Task 'Personal Mail - Sending' reported error (0x80040201) : 'Unknown Error
0x80040201'

It appears that Outlook is trying to send a non-existent message because the
genuine messages do get sent. Therefore this is more of a nuisance than a
problem.

Any suggestions?

wkonthego,
Just a suggestion, but have you tried turning off the Norton plug in:

May help.

Sorry for the delay Chris.  I turned off Norton as you suggested, but it made
no difference.  Note: I have two e-mail accounts for the one Outlook profile,
but the problem occurs for only one of the accounts.
