This is a newsgroup and not a mailing list, so there is not mailing
list manager who controls when you get mail.

I suspect you subscribed to a 3rd party service that forwards newsgroup
posting to you. Check the headers of the emails you are receiving to
find out who is sending you the emails and ask them to stop.
