How do i customize what is seen in the History log? I want to see (at least a brief part of) the notes in the history. I tried the "customize form" but there were no fields showing to add. Thanks Hi In the view, right click any of the columns (item type or subject) and select Field chooser. From the list drag Notes on to the columns.
