What is the best way to  send individual emails to the 15 members of a team
that are in a group list?
I want each member to get an email adressed to just them, but the same email
needs to go to all 15 members - without them seeing all the other address or
names.

If I use bcc they all get it but - it does not have the impact or personal
feel if theres is more personalized.
Or is this more of an Outlook question. I am using: Outlook 2003, Win XP pro
and Contact Mgr

Perform a mail merge with Word.

I haven't actually tried this but...

Can't you create a distribution list in Outlook, add the 15 members to
it, and send the email to the distribution list?
