BCM will export to CSV and XML files.
It's clearly in MSCRM interest to add support for importing (up
selling) from BCM. MSCRM has the specialized knowledge about where they
should store data in their system. I doubt it's a priority for BCM.
When I am about to export from BCM I have three alternatives:
- Microsoft bCentral...
This will include the business contact and not the accounts.
- CSV
In this case I will have to choose contacts or accounts. And as I export
them seperately I loose the connection!
- Business Manager Contact Data
When I use this, I have to export contacts/accounts and consequently loose
the connection between them.
Or am I wrong?
Is there a way to use the complete .bcm file for import to CRM?

BCentral exports are a special case where only Contacts with
an email address are exported.
If you want a full-fidelity export you'll have to get a beta
of BCM v2 from Microsoft. There the BCM file has all the data.
