I tried to uninstall BCM using add/remove programs, however, I received an
error message stating it couldn't find the installation package
'BusinessContactManager-FullFile-ENU.MSP'

I reinstalled the program thinking it might create the installation file,
but that didn't work either.

Any suggestions??
Thanks,
Verne

Hi,
Uninstall of BCM is looking for the path to the BCM SP1 files. If you have
them, then browse to that location. Else, download the files to your machine
from
"http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=D21F3D89-46AC-4A27-B4C7
-BE05723D53E5&displaylang=en
" and then provide the path to it.

I'm having the same problems. When i try to uninstall Business Contact
Manager, I get "BusinessContactManager-FullFile-ENU.MSP" required.  I tried
installing BCM SP1 - it says it's already installed - but I don't know
where so I can't re-direct to the file. Can anyone help?
