BCM almost does everything I want, almost! I've been using ACT for years but
the email client is very slow. But what ACT does very well is all
customization of menus and the ability to easily write faxes\emails to
contacts without having to go through a whole mail merge session.

Does anyone know if it's possible to select a single contact and easily
produce a letter \ email from a template in BCM? ACT does this so well, I'm
suprised MS didn't copy this. Thanks.

Any of the methods listed at
http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/startletter.htm should work with BCM.
