Folks,

This is an intermittant fault. Opening up Outlook, then Business Tools,
Business Contacts the message "Custom form could not be opened. Oulook will
use...." appears, click on OK then get "Array out of Bounds".

CLose outlook and start again all is well.

I reloaded BCM but still get this problem.

The problem seems to have appeared after an upgrade to Norton Internet
Security - with Anti spam loaded.

The configuration is: single user laptop, running MS XP Pro, Outlook 20003 v
1.5608.5606, BCM 1.00.2002.01.
