BCM with XP service pack 2

I have just installed XP service pack 2 and BCM is acting very strange.
Biggest issues are:
1. the contact history (emails etc), shows my current in-box, not those only
related to that account

2. intermittent crashing of BCM when opening an account (saying 'BCM
encountered a problem etc)

Any answers please?

Also, I have been using BCM for a while with some performance problems
(searchning, saving etc). I've learned to live with these, but if there's an
answer please let me know?

Thanks.
Ian

Forms Curruption Bug

Outlook 2003, and earlier, has a "forms cache" bug. Clearing the
cache usually fixes it. Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced
Options | Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache. If
simply clearing the cache doesn't fix the issue, try the other steps
detailed at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;836558

The bulk of the forms cache issues in Outlook 2003 are fixed in Service
Pack 1, so you should also install Office 2003 Service Pack 1 as well
as BCM SP1.
