how do i display the header of an email i have received via outlo.

I need to display then copy the header of an email for legal purposes and
have no idea how to accomplish this.  I have Outlook 2003.  Any help is
appriciated.

open the message and click view options, click in the header and ctrl+a to
select all, then ctrl+c to copy. You can also use a free addin called
pocketknife peek to show the headers. http://www.xintercept.com/pkpeek.htm
