In the past the answers to this question have been:
1) BCM not installed
2) BCM not activated for profile
3) BCM a "disabled item" in Outlook
4) Expand the menu
5) Menu was customized to remove imp/exp

Well thanks for the reply but how do i Enable BCM? i didnt see anything in
the menu to turn it on.. this is drivng me nuts do you know a number i could
call?
