Had to reformat the disk and reinstall Outlook alongwith BCM. When I opened
the outlook.pst from my backup, I could see the e-mail, address books, etc.
However, the BCM data is not there.

Where are the data entered through BCM are stored and how do I restore it
from my backup?

BCM has its own database.

Normally BCM asks you if you want to use BCM with a mail profile the
first time you use that profile in Outlook after installing BCM. When
you say yes, BCM creates its own database in MSDE/Sql Server. BCM does
not use the Outlook PST file.

I believe you can can add a BCM database to you Outlook profile using
the Mail applet in control panel.
