I just installed Office 2003 Basic, which dealer insisted had BCM, but much
to my dismay I cannot find it.  Is it available anywhere else, dealer will
not refund software because it has been opened and loaded. Doe Microsoft sell
it, download it.

The dealer was wrong. BCM is on a separate CD in the Pro and Small Business
Edition versions of Office 2003. It is not available as a separate product.
