Outlook is a useful tool to manage contact and schedule info for a mobile
professional BUT, business contact manager should be able to sync to a
handheld computer.
As it stands now, BCM does not even synchronize to the default contacts
database.
In other words, if you have a handheld pc, BCM is useless.
There should be a way to use BCM database as the default contacts or at
least be able to use BCM with a handheld computer.
I am considering uninstalling outlook completely and finding another
solution that will allow me to use one program on my desktop and handheld.

are you saying it won't link to a PDA?

BCM will synch with a Palm PDA using Chapura's conduit. See

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.
