I have over 2000 contacts in Outlook 2003 Contacts, and I want to transfer
them to Business Contacts in Business Contact Manager. I tried creating a
.csv file but there were so many errors on transfer that I decided to start
again e.g. no first names transferred. I then tried to drag the folder down
but got the message that Bcm does not support that function.
Please help.

Hi,
- Go to the Outlook Contacts folder. Select all the contacts.
- Drag and drop the selected contacts to your Business Contacts folder
This will make a copy of all the selected Outlook contacts in your Business
Contacts.

Thanks SSinha but when I tried this the contact was cut from Contacts and put
in BCM. I do want to retain everyone in my Contacts folder as my PDA does not
support BCM.

Drag with the right button, and copy instead moving your contacts.
