Hello,
I have used BCM for about a year now without a problem. I have had to
research some old e-mails that I have linked to a BC. I see all of my e-mails
linked but the problem is e-mails that were very long are only showing half
of the e-mail the other half is missing. Could it have something to do with
the way e-mails are archived?
Please help!
Thank you,
Regina

Yes, BCM saves the text of each email message to its database (along with a
pointer to the Outlook message, as long as it still exists),but the amount
of text is limited. I'm not sure of the amount, but I imagine you can figure
it out, based on the messages you're looking at.
