What is circle-i for?

In Outlook2003w/BCM... if you click on the regular Mail button and look at
the list of SENT emails... all have a small yellow/blue envelope icon to the
left.

I noticed one this morning where the envelope also has a small i in a circle
on top the envelope.

I wondered what that's for, and how it got there.

that's for information - open the item and see if there is a new tab with
tracking information.

Yes, you're absolutely correct.  If you double click on an email with the
circle-I on its envelope icon, it show's...

-the email under a tab called MESSSAGE and

-there's another tab called TRACKING that basically has who the recipient
was, and when the read it.
