I'm using Outlook2003w/BCM and wondered if someone knows a way or workaround
for this...

When a BCM contact is *open* (i.e. you've just entered a note, or phone, or
something), is there *any* fast way to PRINT a BCM history for this
person... *without* having to "save and close" the contact to get back to
main contacts view and then begin clicking through Bus. Tools > Reports >
Bus. Contacts > Bus. Contact History > (select person's name), etc.  [This
is a lot of work to print off one person].

Thanks,
George

This is the only way that I know that you can get a complete history for an
Account or BCM.

I think that this is a little better than having to open each note, email,
file or opportunity.

Yep, it's fine to print a contact's history from the "main" menu, but I
think you *also* need a way to print while inside an open contact.

For example, you key in 5 things you need to discuss with Bill just before
calling him...it would be handy to print a history on the spot so you can
see phone number, email, past history, and the 5 new things.... . Then,
after you call Bill...and the contact is still open, you  turn around and
enter notes about the discussion and decisions.  THEN you close out the
contact... or maybe print the new summary on the spot BEFORE closing it.

This wouldn't seem like a big or out of the ordinary request, and it would
be very helpful, and add to usefulness/flexibility.
