When I send an email using a distribution list, all the members of this list
see the other member's mailadresses, so they know who else got that mail,
which I don't want. I want it send like a BCC.
How do I proceed? Or do I need to use something else instead of a
distribution list?

BCM does not directly affect Outlook email services.
You should try your question at microsoft.public.outlook.

The way I do it is to send the mail to myself and put the distribution list
in the BCC field.
