Outlook should automatically enable/disable "out of the office assistant"
based on calendar events categorized as "out of the office." I can't think of
anyone who wouldn't benefit from this feature.

Does any one know of an add-in that would accomplish this? Anything free?
Thanks.

It is not possible in this incarnation of Outlook but may be considered for
the next version or later.  I do not know of any add-in that currently does
this.
