Select one as the default, preferably the active calendar in your .pst or
mailbox. Display the other calendars in list view, categories works fine
for this. Select all from one calendar, right click and drag to your active
calendar folder, release the mouse and select either move or copy. Move
would probably suit your purposes best. Do this with the remaining
calendars.

After furious head scratching, ang asked:
| how do i merge calendars that were accidently archived into one main
| working calendar? i do have my settings set to NOT archive my
| calendars but they still do and i end up with multiple working
| calendars. i want to merge them all into one. thanks!!

How can I select all? i don't have that as an option, so when i try to move
or copy another calendar is created under my main active one. so i end up
with twice as many calendars every time i try to move one from the archived
section, or from another section. even when this second calendar is created
it doesn't input the old calendar's data into the active one.
thanks.
