How do you print calendar appointments by catagory?

I'm trying to print out my schedule for my office. I have personal and
business related info in my calendar. How can I print out my schedule with
only my business catagory information?

Use a Word template and filter out the private appointments or use the
inbuilt printer function and check the box to hide private appointment
details.
