appointments rescheduled for daylight savings

After April 4, 2005, all of my recurring appointments now display one hour
later.  How do I change them all back to their original times?

Check your Daylight Savings Time settings under Outlook Calendar options as
well as your regional options in Control Panel.

After furious head scratching, Phil asked:
