I have a zillion appointments that all have been duplicated (some more than
once) with a time that's different by exactly one hour.  The problem appears
to have stopped several months ago, but I would like to clean up the old
appointment data as it's clogging up my Palm handheld, even if it means
simply deleting every appointment prior to a certain date.  Any suggestions?

Check your system time and Outlook calendar for Daylight Savings Time and
make sure they match.

Thanks Milly.  Done - they we're different.  Now, how do I get rid of all the
duplicate entries, or simply delete everything prior to a certain date?  I
appreciate your help greatly!

Oh, and you can add reminders by exporting to excel, putting in the reminder
and importing back to Outlook, you ingrate.

Dang, sorry about that!  It was a response to another person.  My apologies.

Did they duplicate or just change the time?  You can display the items by
category (if they are the same category) or by modified date and delete
using that information.  You will need to be specific as to the types of
appointments/events you are talking about for detailed assistance.
