"No information" displayed in scheduling attendees for a meeting

We are new to Outlook and do not understand why "No Information" is displayed
on Scheduling Tab when trying to schedule meetings and appointments greater
than 5 weeks in advance.

Do your potential attendees have their free/busy information published past
the 5 weeks?  Personally, I set my free/busy to post 12 months information.
