MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / February 2005Let me delete future recurring meetings not all recurring meeting.
When I need to stop a recurring meeting in Outlook, I have to delete the series, which deletes that meeting in the past, present and future. If I want a meeting to stop on January 18 and no long meet perpetually, I have to delete each meeting separately. I would like for Microsoft Outlook to develop a way to choose to delete recurring meetings by prompting to delete "this one occurrence" or "all future occurrences." This method is used by the Lotus Organizer and is a lot more user-friendly than the Outlook presentation.
