Office 2003.  Not running Exchange.  Have a small office
and want to merge existing dates on my calendar with my
secretary's calendar to keep a "company" calendar. If not
running exchange; is there a way to email entire
calendar?  I know I can email every appointment- but that
would be tedious.  Thanks!

The 'OpusFlow GroupCalendar for Outlook' might be just what you need.
http://www.OutlookGroupCalendar.com
It adds a new calendar to outlook with all appointments of all users and
keeps it up to date automagically.
