Synch with handheld causes duplicate entrie

When sych with handheld (Palm OS)to Outlook 2000 (running
on XP), duplicate appointments appear (same date and
time).  Need to be able to sych both ways.  There seems
to be no setting that will exclude duplicates.  What can
I do?

UnDupe from Steven's Creek software will get rid of the duplicates.  Very
reasonably priced.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.  Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.


After furious head scratching, Steve asked:
