I have multiple calendars that I want to use. When I try and set
an appointment with a reminder on the secondary or sub-calendar, it
says it will not display due to the item not being in my
calendar or task menu. Is there a way to make them show or enable them?
Dear MAP,
Outlook can not send/display a reminder of an appointment in a secondary or
sub-calendar. This works only in the default calendar or task folders.
Have a look on this site for a Third Party solution:

(the site was offline when I checked this, but I think Ken Slovak is only
updating his site)
I also found this article about this Tool "Extended Reminder" tool by Sue
Mosher:

It may help.

The site wasn't being updated and it's online now. I'm not sure why you
couldn't get to it before.
