HI all,

We have exchange & windows 2003 servers.

We have a situation where user A sent a request for an appointment to user B
and gets a response from user b (good) but also user d and user e (bad).  The
response from used d & e were automated out of office replies.

User B has mailbox rights/send on behalf of permission to user d and user e
as well as two other people.  No requests (as far as I know) were received
from the other two people.

How do we stop user a from getting  a response or sending a request to
people that werent intended to get this request.  Very confusing I know.

Is there a mailbox setting missed, or is this just a feature.

Thankyou

Roger

After furious head scratching, Gettingthere asked:

Yes, sorry when I said "send on behalf of permission" i meant  Designated
Delegated permissions etc.. on the  exchange general tab (delivery options).

If this is not what  you were asking, if you can point me in the right
direction that would be great as I am new to exchange.

Thankyou for your assistance.

Roger
