We have experienced problems when assistants leave the company wherein they
have scheduled many meetings using Outlook on behalf of their boss.  When
they are gone there is no way to update a meeting notice.  Is there a way to
assign someone else to meeting activities of someone who is no longer with
the company so they can cancel or reschedule meetings scheduled using Outlook.
