Hi
i need to manage the bookings for a conference room that has additional
ressources like beamer and notebooks.
(there will be no mailbox for these ressources, any user can just book by a
new calendar-entry)
do i need to setup a seperate resource for conference room, beamer, laptop -
or is there any better solution out there?
(that can for example book variants like "conference room only" or
"conference room + beamer"
thanks
for help
Phil

Since you're bypassing the normal resource management feature, you can
handle this any way you want. IF your users are already comfortable using a
public folder (I presume that's what you're using), you could stick with
that.
