when I put an appointment in my calendar I want it to update my wives and sons calendars also. Using XP Home aND oFFICE 2002 Not possible by default. If you have a network at home you can use the 'OpusFlow GroupCalendar for Outlook' family license. You can then create an item in the group calendar and it will ask you if it is for another user.
