When I try to create a new appointment/event  by double-clicking a specific
date on the calendar, the new appointment defaults to todays date. Help!

I don't think I explained the situation well enough because it is an issue
even our IT dept. is having problems fixing. The only appointment date that
can be saved is for the current day. No matter which date is selected for an
appointment, Outlook always defaults to the current day's date. Even if the
date is changed to the correct date and saved, it continues to appear as an
appointment for the current day .

Sounds like this is happening to lots of people - does ANYONE know why???  I
have the same problem, but only with one user out of 20...bizarre.
