We have several secretaries that need to make appointments for several
different employees and need access to the Outlook calendar of each of the
employees by each of the secretaries. In other words 5 secretaries need to be
able to change 6-8 other employees schedules. I figured out how to share one
employees calendar with me (a secretary), but when I tried to add another
secretary, she was able to put an appointment that shows on our computers,
but we're not able to add one to hers. Am I doing something wrong, or is it
not possible?

Sounds like secretary has now set the permissions on her calendar folder to
allow other people to add appointments there.
