We have shared Outlook 2000 calendarin the office. The respond for attending
a meeting (send by one employee) comes back to her as an email rather than
just updating that meeting request acceptance on her calendar. What is wrong?

The mail server is hosted by an ISP company outside the office.
Othere users do not have this problem (More than 15), but she is getting the
acceptance of her invitation as a email, and she has to manually update her
calendar.
Thanks Bunch.
