We are a small team of 9 staff.  Is it possible to show a combined view of
everyone's calendar, rather than having to go into each calendar seperately
each day / week?  We use Outlook 2000.

Not by default in Outlook or Exchange.
This add-on for exchange will do it: http://www.ExchangeGroupCalendar.com

Dear Dee,

Outlook 2003 have this function as a new combined view but not Outlook 2000
or 2002.

One solution can be to click on each calendar "right mouseclick/open in a
new window". You will get the calendar as a new windows and then you can do
this with all 9 calendars and then you can put next to each other.

If you create a calendar item in one of the calendars you can copy/paste
this very easy in all other calendars.

A little bit more work but it works without additional software.
