After furious head scratching, Bri asked:

| Is there a way to change the settings so that I can see all events?

Yes, I have tried increasing screen resolution, adjusting the font size, and
everything else I can think of. All the computers in our office display the
same way. We are all running Outlook 2002. I took a screencap to show what I
mean:

At 3:00 PM on this day we actually had 8 separate items listed, but only six
are shown (reading L-R). The other two were simply 'bumped off' when viewing
the calendar like this.
The only way to see all the events actually on the calendar is to view by
active appointments (which does not use the same visual layout and is much
more confusing) or to print in the 'calendar details' style.
Please tell me there is a way to adjust the settings so I can see all the
events!
Thanks

What happens if you hide the Outlook Shortcut Bar and the 'Mini-Calendars'?
(move your mouse over the right edge of the calendar view scroll back,
click, and drag right)?
