Hello, I was wondering if there is a way to do a bulk extraction of 30 calendars in MS Outlook to a form that can be used in MS Access? Thank you for your assistance.  SignatureC. Morris Hi! You can certainly export individual Outlook calendars using Files > Import & Export and use the wizard to export to a file > MS Access. Is this what you are needing? Alf
